R. Robson Limited is the official distributor of Guinot Skincare products in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Robson only distribute genuine Guinot products to authorised Guinot salons and therapists which have been approved and trained to administer Guinot products to the public.
R Robson and Guinot Paris wish to ensure that all Guinot clients receive and benefit from the use of genuine Guinot products and treatments specifically recommended for their skin type and purpose by properly trained and experienced therapists.
Should you therefore purchase a Guinot product from a non accredited or unauthorised salon, Robson and/or Guinot Paris will be unable to accept any responsibility.
This is purely to ensure that all Guinot clients receive the maximum benefit from using authentic Guinot products and in order to avoid any adverse reaction or allergy caused by the use of unsuitable products.
Please note therefore that:
- R Robson do not have any control over the actions of unauthorised sellers of Guinot products who may have stored Guinot products under unfavourable conditions or kept products past shelf-life dates which may result in adverse reactions.
- R Robson are unable to refund or exchange any Guinot products which have been purchased online from an unauthorised and unaccredited salon.
