Crown Salon of the Year
Each year Guinot Crown salons are invited to an awards ceremony to celebrate their Crown Salon status. Being chosen as a Crown Salon is an honour that can only be surpassed by winning the prestigious Crown of Crowns award.
This award is given to the one Crown Salon that has excelled in treatment expertise, product knowledge, customer satisfaction, presentation and professionalism.
Crown of Crowns for 2009 was won by Utopia Spa at Alexander House in West Sussex.
Incredibly Utopia Spa at Alexander House has only been open 2 1/2 years, becoming a Crown Salon in the first awards to be held after they opened. Winning this award means they have been deemed the best of the best amongst Guinot salons and is testament to the exceptional standards of customer care, outstanding treatments and continual growth the spa has shown.
When asked what makes their salon so special Peter and Deborah Hinchcliffe, the salon owners, commented, “Excellent customer care is so important – we operate a friendly, professional approach and strive to make every client feel welcome and relaxed as soon as they walk through the door.”
